 Moving towards wholeness and connection
Changes are happening quickly in our world. The pace of change is reflected within relationships, workplace, leisure pursuits, our every experience. As we try to process these changes I am finding myself and my students are craving a calm place within the storm that sometimes circulates around them.
It is empowering to establish that 'place of perspective' where some positive sense can be made of the stimulating events in our lives and in those lives around us.. If we can feel the ground beneath our feet and sensation in our bodies we have a chance of being able to act with consciousness within our given situations instead of re acting unconsciously.
A process of creating less trauma for ourselves has begun. A process towards inner peace...
'Mind/body connecting' is feeling mind within the body. It is sensing the wisdom, history, information, and awareness within the body and connecting to the sensation. The thinking mind settles down and we get glimpses of the 'field of infinite possibilities'.
I am interested in the healing space of yoga. This is my yoga.
